1. What is the name of your profession (position)? Caster on injection molding machines. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My job is to make castings of various parts. The duties of the caster include: managing and setting up the casting machine, visual control over the quality of the resulting casting, adding metal ingots to the melting furnace, monitoring the temperature of the metal melt, removing slag from the furnace, cleaning the machine and workplace, and, most importantly, compliance with safety regulations . 3. What education is required to get your position? You need secondary specialized and higher education, depending on the level you would like to achieve. Due to the lack of foundry workers, some factories are recruiting apprentices with a secondary education. After a month of training, you are assigned the second category. There are six in total. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? In our profession, the main thing is attention, compliance with safety regulations. And of course, courage, endurance and love for your work. 11.
